I work with men who are tired of carrying shit that never really got dealt with: the trauma, the shame, the constant feeling of not being enough no matter how much they achieve.
I help men who look put together on the outside but feel disconnected, restless, or angry underneath it all. Guys who’ve learned to keep the peace, keep producing, keep moving but can’t remember the last time they felt calm, present, or proud of who they are when the noise stops.
My work goes deep. Not just talk therapy. We get into the stuff your body’s been holding onto for years. I teach you how trauma actually works in the nervous system, and how to regulate what’s been running you on autopilot.
We use real tools: mindfulness, somatic work, EMDR, and parts of CBT and narrative therapy but what matters most is that it’s honest. It’s about learning to feel without falling apart, to lead without the armor, and to finally trust yourself again.

This isn’t surface-level “how does that make you feel” therapy. It’s real work. The kind that helps you face what’s actually been driving your stress, anger, or disconnection.
In our sessions, we’ll dig into the patterns that keep you stuck and the stories that keep you small. We’ll rebuild from the inside out. Learning how to regulate your emotions, trust yourself again, and live with a sense of calm strength instead of constant pressure.
Not everyone’s ready to sit across from a therapist right away. That’s okay.
The Healing at Your Pace course gives you tools to start unpacking what’s been building; the burnout, the shame, the self doubt, on your own schedule.
You’ll learn practical ways to manage your emotions, build real self-esteem, and reconnect with yourself. All while having access to a community of men who are doing the same work.
Once you’ve done the individual work or completed the course, you’ll have the chance to join a men’s group. A space where the mask comes off.
Here, you’ll find men who get it; guys who are done pretending they’re fine and ready to talk about what’s real.
Through honest conversation, challenge, and support, you’ll build connection, resilience, and strength that actually lasts not the kind that comes from pretending you’re unbreakable.
