A 3 module live online course rooted in the principle that the solutions to your problems are not complicated; rather, the best ‘solution’ is mastering the simple but challenging practice of being present with yourself.

The modules of this course cover the topics that I find myself addressing with my clients in sessions over and over again:​

This course may be for you if you:

You see the same patterns: anger, control, silence showing up in your home, your kids, your relationship. The same ones that broke you growing up.

You love her, but you can’t seem to connect anymore. Everything turns into a fight or a shutdown, and you’re running out of ways to fix it.

Alcohol, porn, work, the gym, your phone it’s all just a way to escape the noise in your head. You tell yourself you’re in control, but deep down you know it’s controlling you.

You wake up tense, go to bed drained, and fill the hours in between with distraction. You’re tired of surviving. You want to actually live.

I created this course to offer everyone the foundational knowledge and skills that I teach my clients.

This course will take place over four weeks and is self led. We meet for two hours each week. Each session will have a lecture component, an experiential component, and time for questions.

MODULE 1

Awarness
See Whats Really Running You

You’ll Learn:


This first phase helps you slow down and actually notice what’s behind the pressure, anger, or shutdown you’ve been living with.
Through reflection prompts and CBT-based mapping, you’ll identify patterns the beliefs, stories, and coping strategies that shaped how you deal with stress, rejection, and failure.


We’ll weave in simple somatic tracking so you start recognizing how your body reacts before your mind even catches up.

MODULE 2

Processing
Working With, Not Against, Your Emotions

You’ll learn:


Here, we get into the emotional mechanics; learning how to actually feel without losing control.


Using tools from Somatic Experiencing and EMDR-inspired resourcing, you’ll learn how to stay grounded while exploring past pain, triggers, and the younger parts of yourself that still carry old wounds.


You’ll practice self-regulation, emotional naming, and release not by overthinking, but by letting your body and mind work together.

MODULE 3

Integration
Rebuilding from the Inside Out

You’ll learn:

The final phase is about application turning awareness and emotional work into daily leadership.


You’ll use mindfulness-based CBT and values-driven narrative work to rebuild self-trust and clarity.


This is where the work becomes practical: boundaries, communication, consistency, and calm confidence. You’ll learn how to stay grounded no matter what life throws your way to lead from strength, not pressure.
