INDIVIDUAL THERPAY
Most men find ways to dodge the stuff that hurts: staying busy, zoning out, or burying it under work, workouts, or distraction instead of facing what’s actually going on.
It works for a while… until it doesn’t. You start snapping at the people you love. You feel disconnected even when you’re in the same room. You carry the weight of everything but don’t know how to set it down.

And if you’re honest... it’s not just affecting you anymore. It’s starting to affect them.
And if you’re honest — it’s not just affecting you anymore. It’s starting to affect them.
You’ll start noticing what you do when life gets uncomfortable; the habits, reactions, and patterns that have kept you running on autopilot.
You’ll learn to listen to your body and what it remembers; to connect with the parts of you that still carry old pain.
When you understand and accept those parts, you stop being at war with yourself. That’s where real peace starts.
What I offer
How I Can Help
What I See Come Up for Men
My Approach
My work focuses on helping men slow down and reconnect; with themselves, their bodies, and the people who matter most.
Together, we dig below the surface: not to dwell on the past, but to understand how old patterns are still driving the present. You’ll learn how to calm your system, name what you feel, and respond differently when life hits hard.
A lot of the men I work with don’t look “unwell” from the outside; they’re successful, dependable, and carry a lot on their shoulders. But underneath that, there’s usually a quiet tension:

-
Feeling emotionally shut down or disconnected from people they care about
-
Explosive anger or irritability that doesn’t match the situation
-
Turning to work, alcohol, porn, or constant busyness to escape stress
-
Struggling to express needs or talk about what’s actually going on
-
Feeling like no matter how much they do, it’s never enough
-
Losing sense of direction, confidence, or peace
For most guys, it’s not about weakness; it’s about wearing armor for too long. The same walls that once kept you safe now keep you distant, tired, or stuck.
My style is real, direct, and grounded; therapy without pretense or jargon. I use a mix of trauma-informed and evidence-based methods like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, and Parts Work (IFS), always tailored to what actually works for you.

We talk, we connect, and we build practical tools that help you show up differently in your life; calmer, clearer, more confident, and finally in control from the inside out.

THE PROCESS
First, we’ll schedule a phone call to assess if we are a good fit to work together.

If we move forward, we'll schedule an individual session. There is no time limit on how long we work together; we’ll continue until we feel you are ready to stop.

For those in financial distress, I offer a 'sliding scale' option.
